Our guides are general information
Our guides help you compare RV power gear. They are general information, not professional, safety or electrical advice.
Before you buy, check the amp rating, the plug type and the return policy on the store's page.
Shore power, battery banks and inverters can cause shock, fire and serious injury. Read the maker's manual, and have a qualified RV technician or a licensed electrician do any wiring.
If a surge protector or EMS unit shows a fault at the pedestal, don't plug in. Tell the campground staff.
